SHIPPING

We have Free Shipping On All Orders Over $30

DELIVERY TIMES

We ship all orders with USPS (if possible).

Standard shipping costs $4.97 and free shipping on orders over $30)

Once orders are placed, they are not able to be edited, added to or cancelled.

If you place your order over a weekend or on a public holiday it will be processed and sent out the next business day (Monday – Friday).

Some of out Items are custom made and sent from various locations, so we appreciate your patience in advance. All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. – 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

3563 Interchange Rd, Columbus, OH 43204, United States is the location of our fulfilment office, HOWEVER some of our specialty items are produced by some of our partners in other countries such as Australia, Europe, United Kingdom and China.

Please note: Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods (Sales or Campaigns), due to wild weather, or due to other USPS delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Henri Saint Dubois’ reasonable control.

TRACKING

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed. For USPS, this will be at approximately 10pm on the evening the order is dispatched (weekdays only).

You can track the progress of your order through to shipment under ‘My Orders’ in the My Account section, or by contacting us at support@HenriSaintDubois.com.
