Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

CANCEL / CHANGE REQUEST

All submitted orders will be automatically system-forwarded to our warehouse data base for immediate processing. That being said, we strictly don’t accept cancellation or changes requests hence, we highly suggest that you make sure that your purchase decision is final before checking out. 

RETURNS

Our policy lasts up to 10 days (varies per item) from the delivery date. If 10 days has gone by from the delivery date, sadly we can’t offer you a claim for refund, replacement nor exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or refunds on sale items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

REFUND

We will only process refund request once we receive a proof the item/s is being sent back to us.

REPLACEMENT / EXCHANGE

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, doesn’t fit and parts are missing.

Several types of goods are exempted from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate, underpants or any sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items are:

Gift cards 
Downloadable software products 
Health and personal care items 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Book with obvious signs of use, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 30 days upon receipt.  

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, we suggest that you check your bank account first. If it’s not there yet, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Please make sure to send us a proof of shippingonce your returned item/s. Once it has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email if it’s approved or not. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed excluding the shipping cost.  It processed back to the original payment method used to purchase the order. Usually it will reflect 5-10 business days. 

Please note that you will be responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning your item and it’s non-refundable.

We are unable to be held liable for the loss of your item/s being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service with a traceable return tracking number to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details specially if you are shipping an item over $75. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
